Kindleforge Games

Small forge.
Loud games.

Kindleforge Games is a little studio in Denmark. We make bright, fast games that take a minute to learn and a long time to put down.

Games

A spiky-haired hero seen from behind raises a flaming sword. In front of him: hundreds of slimes, goblins, skeletons and mushrooms, and a giant crowned pink slime roaring over the horde.

Horde Hero

  • PC (Steam)
  • iPhone

Start with a sword. End with a hurricane.

A chibi fantasy survivor-like. You dodge, your hero swings and casts, and thousands of monsters come at you from every side.

Every level-up adds a new power. By the end of a run your sword has company: tornadoes, black holes and meteor storms that fill the screen. Halfway through, a walled town opens its gates: trade runes, strike a pact with the necromancer, then walk back out into a horde that kept growing.

Demo coming soon on Steam Coming to the App Store, December 2026
Gameplay: the knight in the middle of a green meadow, surrounded by purple spirit wolves, golden saw blades, lightning and a swirling hurricane.
A finished build: Hurricane, spirit wolves, saw blades and lightning, all going off at once.
A round cobblestone town square with a forge, a wishing well and an alchemist's hut, in the middle of the battlefield.
The town in the middle of the battle. Monsters can't follow you in.
Boss title card: King Slime, Ruler of the Meadow, on a pink banner across the screen.
Every boss makes an entrance. This is King Slime.

About the studio

Kindleforge is one developer and a lot of late nights in Denmark. It started in 2026 with a simple question: what if a horde game let you step out of the fight to go shopping, then walk back in stronger?

That question became Horde Hero. We care about games that feel good in the hands, respect your time, and are honest about what they collect.
